Your account settings
What this is
Section titled “What this is”Your account settings control the name and phone number your teammates see next to you in FleetLoop — for example on assignment chips and the team roster. This is different from your shop’s business details (its name, address, and logo, covered in Business details and Branding), and different from your team role (covered in Team roles & permissions).
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Nothing extra — you just need to be signed in.
- Go to Settings → Profile.

- Update your First name, Last name, and/or Phone number. Your email address comes from however you sign in and can’t be changed on this page.
- Click Save changes.
How to know it worked
Section titled “How to know it worked”You’ll see a confirmation message (“Profile updated”), and your new name or number appears anywhere your name shows up in FleetLoop, like assignment chips and the team roster.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”My name fields are greyed out and I can’t type in them. Once you’ve joined a shop’s team, only that shop’s Owner or Location manager can change your name. Ask them to update it for you, or see Team roles & permissions for who holds those roles.
I want to change my password. There’s no password field on this page. Sign out, click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, enter your email, and FleetLoop emails you a link to set a new one.
I want to change my email address. FleetLoop doesn’t have a way to change this yourself yet. Use Help → Contact support inside the app.
