Dejavoo (iPOSpays)
What this is
Section titled “What this is”This is how to connect FleetLoop to an iPOSpays (Dejavoo) merchant account you already process payments with. It’s the right choice if you already have a Dejavoo terminal in your lane — connecting it lets customer card payments keep flowing through your existing Dejavoo merchant account, and lets you accept Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You must be the shop owner. Managers and staff can’t connect or disconnect a payment provider.
- You need an active iPOSpays merchant account.
- Sign in to the iPOSpays merchant portal ahead of time and go to Settings → Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys. From there you’ll copy:
- Your merchant ID (also called the TPN)
- Your API key
- Your secret key
- A Portal AuthToken
- Your merchant code — only needed if you want Tap to Pay on iPhone
- Know whether you want to connect in testing mode (UAT) or with real transactions (Production).
- Only one payment provider can be connected at a time. If another provider is already connected, disconnect it first.
- In FleetLoop, go to Settings → Payments.

- In the iPOSpays merchant portal, go to Settings → Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys and copy the values listed above.
- Back in FleetLoop, paste your merchant ID into the field labeled Merchant id (TPN).
- Paste your key into API key.
- Paste your key into Secret key.
- Paste your token into Portal AuthToken.
- If you want to accept Tap to Pay on iPhone, paste your merchant code into Merchant code. Leave it blank if you only need regular checkout — you can always come back and add it later.
- Choose UAT (testing) or Production in the Environment dropdown.

- Click Connect iPOSpays. FleetLoop checks your keys with iPOSpays before saving them.
- Once verified, the tile shows a Connected badge with your merchant ID (TPN).

How to know it worked
Section titled “How to know it worked”The iPOSpays tile on the Payments page shows a Connected badge and your merchant ID (TPN), with a status of Active.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”Connect iPOSpays doesn’t finish, or shows an error. Double-check every value against the iPOSpays merchant portal — a mistyped key is the most common cause. Re-copy the values from Settings → Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys and try again.
A banner says your portal token needs to be refreshed. Generate a fresh AuthToken in the iPOSpays merchant portal (same Settings → Generate Ecom/TOP Merchant Keys page), paste it into the box in the banner, and click Verify.
“Only the shop owner can manage payment providers.” You’re signed in as a manager or staff member. Ask the shop owner to connect iPOSpays, or have them add you as an owner first.
