What this is
Section titled “What this is”This is how you create a brand-new FleetLoop account for your rental business. It’s the very first thing you do, and it takes about a minute. FleetLoop gives you a 30-day free trial — you don’t need a credit card to start.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You’ll need:
- A working email address — FleetLoop sends a confirmation link there, but you don’t have to check it right away
- A password to protect your account (at least 8 characters)
- Your shop’s name, so you’re ready for the setup steps that follow
- Go to fleetloop.us and click Start free trial.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose a password and type it again in Confirm password.

- Click Create account.
- FleetLoop creates your account and takes you straight into shop setup — there’s nothing to wait for.
- FleetLoop also emails you a confirmation link for your address. It’s optional: nothing in FleetLoop is locked while it’s unconfirmed, so you can click it now, later, or skip it. See Confirm your email if you want to do it right away.
How to know it worked
Section titled “How to know it worked”You’re signed in and looking at FleetLoop’s shop setup screens. A new email from FleetLoop is also waiting in your inbox (check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a couple of minutes).
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”“That email is already in use.” Someone has already started an account with that address. Click Sign in instead, or use the Forgot password link if you don’t remember the password.
The confirmation email never arrives. That’s fine — nothing in FleetLoop is locked while your email is unconfirmed, so there’s nothing you need to do about it.
The password won’t save. Passwords need to be at least 8 characters, and the two password fields must match exactly.
