4. Add your logo and brand color

This is where you make FleetLoop look like your shop instead of a generic template. Add your logo and pick an accent color, and both show up in the page header, on rental contracts, and on invoices. This step is optional during setup — you can skip it and come back anytime from Settings.

Have on hand (optional, but helpful):

  • Your logo file — PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, up to 2 MB, ideally with a transparent background
  • A color that matches your shop’s branding, if you have one in mind
  1. On the Make it yours step, click into the logo area to upload your logo, or skip this if you don’t have one ready.

  1. Pick a Brand color by clicking one of the preset swatches, or click Custom to choose any color you like.
  2. Click Continue to save your choices, or Skip to move on without picking a color.

Your chosen color appears immediately as a live preview while you’re picking it, and your logo shows up in the page header the next time FleetLoop loads.

“That color isn’t supported.” Pick a different color — a small set of characters (letters, numbers, and a few symbols like #) aren’t allowed in a color value.

My logo doesn’t look right after uploading. Logos with a transparent background usually look best; a logo with a solid white background can look boxy against a dark header.

I want more control over my colors, or I skipped this step. Go to Settings → Brand anytime. It gives you five separate colors to fine-tune — Primary, Accent, Surface, Background, and Text — plus a live preview and a contrast check that warns you if your text would be hard to read against your background. Your logo can also be uploaded or replaced from that same page.
