2. Confirm your email
What this is
Section titled “What this is”Right after you sign up, FleetLoop emails you a link to confirm that the email address you typed is really yours. It’s entirely optional — you’re never blocked from anything in FleetLoop while your email is unconfirmed, so there’s no rush to do this.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You’ll need:
- Access to the inbox for the email address you signed up with
- Any browser — the link works on its own, even if it’s not the one you signed up in
- Open your email and find the message from FleetLoop.
- Click the confirmation link in the email.
- Your browser opens FleetLoop’s Email verified page and confirms your account is ready.

- Click Sign in and enter your email and password again.
- You’re taken back into FleetLoop, picking up wherever you left off in setup.
How to know it worked
Section titled “How to know it worked”The page reads “Email verified — your FleetLoop account is ready. Sign in to finish setting up your shop.” After you sign in, FleetLoop remembers that your email is confirmed.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”“This verification link has expired.” Links expire after a while for security. Sign in normally — an unconfirmed email doesn’t stop you from doing anything in FleetLoop.
“This verification link is no longer valid.” This usually means the link was already used (for example, you clicked it twice). If your email already shows as confirmed, just sign in normally.
I never got the confirmation email, or I don’t want to bother with it. That’s fine — nothing in FleetLoop depends on it.
